Course Summary
This intensive 5-day BRCGS Consumer Products Issue 4 Lead Auditor training course covers the third-party audit requirements against the BRCGS Standard Consumer Products Issue 4 – both Personal Care and Household and General Merchandise.
The course includes the protocol and requirements of Issue 4, consistent report-writing, auditing techniques and management of the BRCGS audit, ultimately preparing an individual for a Lead Auditor role.
This course is part of the BRCGS Professional recognition programme.

Pre-requisites
To have carefully reviewed the 2 Consumer Products standards - General Merchandise & Personal Care and Household (appendices & glossary included) before the course starts. You can download free (locked PDF) copies of the standards here and here.
To have working knowledge of quality management systems and auditing within the relevant manufacturing sector
To have completed a hazard and risk management course (minimum 2 days’ duration)
