"I recently completed the 5-day BRCGS Food Safety Issue 9 Lead Auditor course and had a very positive experience from start to finish.
The training provider was well organised and professional. Communication before the course was clear, instructions were timely, and all materials were provided in advance which made preparation easy. The administration team and booking agent were responsive and helpful whenever clarification was needed.
The tutor delivered the course to a very high standard. The sessions were structured, practical, and focused on how auditing works in real factory situations rather than just theory. Complex clauses were explained in a way that made sense operationally, especially around non-conformities, traceability, risk-based thinking and auditor judgement. The interactive discussions and scenario-based exercises helped build real confidence for conducting audits rather than just passing an exam.
