I speak as an ISO 22000 version 2018 Lead Auditor certified PECB No. FSLA1121545-2023-07; with 10 years of experience in the food industry. Despite my great fatigue, I was hooked by the trainer's presentation. I think that each of us learners should recognize how much the trainer had invested in ensuring that each learner mastered the BRCGS standard and knew how to apply it well.
