Training Services

1. Your booking is confirmed once payment has been received in full.

2. If you cannot pay the full amount at once, you may request to split your payments; acceptance of your request is at the discretion of Ask Sonia Ltd and details of a split payment plan are to be discussed and agreed with Ask Sonia Ltd; the full amount due must still be received before the course starts.

3. In case of cancellation of the session by Ask Sonia Ltd, you will be offered to attend another training session or to receive a full refund.

4. In case of cancellation by or on behalf of the student:

   • if the course is 3 weeks away or more (21  or more calendar days), there will be no charge applied (free cancellation) ; you will be offered to attend another training session or to receive a full refund (minus potential fees incurred by Ask Sonia Ltd) ;

   • if there's less than 3 weeks (20 or less calendar days) to your course, including in the case of a 'no show', the possibility of a refund is left at the discretion of Ask Sonia Ltd.

5. Ask Sonia Ltd works with a few carefully selected, qualified, and experienced training partners. Your training course may be delivered by Sonia herself or by one of our brilliant and trusted training partners.

Consulting Services​

​

1. The paiement terms for consulting services, including internal or supplier audits, is 1 calendar month, unless specifically agreed otherwise between the client and Ask Sonia Ltd.

2. In case of cancellation of a booking by the client at short notice (10 calendar days or less), the client may be liable to pay up to 50% of the agreed fee, at the discretion of Ask Sonia Ltd.
