Training Services

Your booking is confirmed once payment has been received in full.

In case of cancellation of the session by Ask Sonia Ltd, you will be offered to attend another training session or to receive a full refund.

In case of cancellation by or on behalf of the student:

if the course is 3 weeks away or more (21 or more calendar days), there will be no charge applied (free cancellation) ; you will be offered to attend another training session or to receive a full refund (minus potential fees incurred by Ask Sonia Ltd) ;

if there's less than 3 weeks (20 or less calendar days) to your course, including in the case of a 'no show', the possibility of a refund is left at the discretion of Ask Sonia Ltd.

Ask Sonia Ltd works with a few carefully selected, qualified, and experienced training partners. Your training course may be delivered by Sonia herself or by one of our brilliant and trusted training partners.

Some courses might have specific terms applicable to them, which supersede the general terms. Make sure to review the T&Cs section of your course page before booking.

By booking a course with Ask Sonia Ltd you are accepting the above general terms as well as course specific terms where they apply.
Consulting Services

The payment terms for consulting services, including internal or supplier audits, is 1 calendar month, unless specifically agreed otherwise between the client and Ask Sonia Ltd.

In case of cancellation of a booking by the client at short notice (10 calendar days or less), the client may be liable to pay up to 50% of the agreed fee, at the discretion of Ask Sonia Ltd.
Company Policies
Company Policies are in place which cover Complaints and Appeals, Equality and Diversity, Malpractice and Maladministration, Health and Safety, etc.
Copies of our policies can be provided upon request.
