Before the course

A few days before the course starts, participants are given access by email to the necessary pre-course information.


For online sessions, to ensure smooth participation, the delegates need to make sure before the course starts that they have a stable internet connection, a fully charged device, and a working camera and microphone.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that sometimes life gets in the way, and we aim to be as flexible as possible. If you wish to reschedule your course, just send us an email as soon as possible. In most cases we are able and happy to move your booking at no extra cost. Where this might not be possible, we will discuss with you the options available in order to find the best solution to suit your needs.

Please note the following Course Specific Terms which supersede the General T&Cs. 


Standard bookings:

  • Cancellations made more than 14 days before the session.
    A full refund will be issued.

  • Cancellations within 14 days of the session, including non-attendance on the day, are non-refundable.

  • No rescheduling.
    If you need to move your booking to another date, a new booking will be required.


Student bookings:

  • Non-refundable (Cancelling a booking will remove your reserved place but will not result in a refund).

  • Rescheduling is permitted once if requested at least 72 hours before the session start time.

  • Proof of student status is required (eg: A valid student ID card, An official enrolment or status letter, A digital certificate of student status). Please ensure that only documents containing your name and enrolment period are shared. Do not provide sensitive personal information such as home addresses, bank details, or national identification numbers. Any proof provided will be used solely to confirm eligibility for the student rate and will not be retained beyond this purpose.
