Pass Mark 70%
Certificate of Achievement emailed to you within 48 hrs of successfully completing the exam.
A learner will pass if they achieve 70%, a Merit at 80% and a Distinction at 90% overall.
Note: You do not have to take the exam if you don't need the qualification. You can choose to request instead a Certificate of Attendance. Please notify us or your tutor beforehand.
Course Summary
This CPD accredited Level 3 course will qualify you as a Cleaning Technologist and will enable you to carry out cleaning risk assessments, develop cleaning procedures and carry out cleaning once you have received appropriate H&S, COSHH and procedure based training.
The course content has been developed by experienced Auditors and Consultants and it focuses on cleaning technologies & competencies in today’s industry.
This qualification covers the main principles of open plant / equipment, facility and utensil cleaning and disinfection and is applicable to any and all industries that need to comply with specified standards and mitigate risk through effective risk mitigation for product contamination.
These industries include food, packaging and storage & distribution.
This course has been accredited by the CPD Accreditation Office for delivery, structure and content.

Before the course
A few days before the course starts, participants are given access by email to the necessary pre-course information: Zoom meeting details, course materials and more.
To ensure smooth online participation, the delegates need to make sure before the course starts that they have a stable internet connection, a fully charged device, and a working camera and microphone.

If you’re not completely confident in your spoken English, do not worry! Most of our trainers speak English as a second language, so we know how it feels to attend a live course in a language that’s not your first. We use Zoom’s automatic translation captions to support those students who need it, and it works wonderfully. Just let us know when you book if it is something you’d be interested in.
