This HACCP Refresher & Update course is for those who already hold a Level 3 or Level 4 HACCP qualification and are looking to refresh their knowledge of the subject. This course will also include updates to the subject so that attendees can feel confident that they are aware of changes and industry thinking and challenges relating to HACCP.

​Holders of the qualification will have the knowledge necessary to be an integral part of a food business as well as part of Technical & Quality departments and HACCP team members, team leaders, consultants or trainers. The qualification is also suitable for those working in related industries, such as packaging, storage & distribution.

 

The qualification is also relevant to those owning/managing smaller food businesses to refresh underpinning knowledge to develop and maintain a  Food Safety Management System.

 

HACCP training is regarded by the Foods Standards Agency & Codex Alimentarius International Food Standards as being essential to maintain good practice in the production of safe food.
